My English is very good... I went to university in the US for MBA. But it's so hard to get a job here. I'm looking for any entry level IT job. I don't really care how much they pay... just want to get a job I love to do.

I'm married w/ my husband. He's American ... Sometimes I really want to go back to my country and get a job... it's easier for me w/ all my degrees. I have connections also... but here... I'm a second class people. I want to be w/ my husband though.

I've been temping for a company for the summer and I have been told that I am going to be hired full time. I was elated, and I even have people that don't know I was hired asking me when it is going to happen. My boss was the one who was supposed to talk to me but that was close to three weeks ago.

I saw him on Friday and he said he would talk to me later today. Even my co-workers will ask "Did someone talk to you yet?" and I'd say no, and they'd be befuddled or have a concerned look on their face. He didn't talk to me today either......

Then one of my co-workers, again, said "You gotta remember he's a very busy person". I'm anxious and I'm starting to fear the worst. Should I? Or just take them at face value.....

I've been at my job for 3 years. Its time for my yearly raise. I asked for it in August and I was basically told no, even though I was given more responsiblities. I feel like I should have more work since I'm not getting paid for it, which in turn has turned me into a slacker. What should I do to get my raise. I like my job (I work at a car dealership) and its close to home, but I don't want to get under paid when I do so much here.

I have a coordinator working for me as an hourly employee, but since we have more than enough work for all of us, I constantly find I'm being forced to manage her overtime hours. Is there anything stopping me from making her a salaried employee to avoid this constant monitoring? What other factors should I consider before making this change?

I have 2 degrees and a college diploma. I have worked in many different jobs and have a lot of experience that varies. I know that I am an underacheiver when it comes to employment. In my last job I had more education than anyone in my position. I need tips and tricks because I know that is what makes it work. I want to find resumes on the net and just use them as a guidline for my own. Its getting to the point where it is all about the money -- well -- to a point it is. I am still not going to through all this away for a factory job.
