Not sure what Cosi is, but the answer would be the same regardless. It depends on the position you are going for. Try and integrate your people skills and other related activities into the new position you are going for. Furthermore, add in other things you have done outside of waitressing. Be sharp and clear that you are looking to make a change and focus on your schoolwork and relevant classwork that would make you the right person for that job. Most important, be nice and articulate. Emulate courage and discipline, strenght and a willingness to learn new things. Tell them your desires specifically in gaining new knowledge, skills, and abilities as to achieve your ultimate goal (whatever position that may be)
