Look at it this way, you may hate the company but are you ready to lose your job? Sure you feel bad but maybe he has to go for a reason. Do what your heart tells you but think about yourself first.

This is a situation that matters on what is more important to you and who said what. For one, if a supervisor or a mentor confided that information in you, then you shouldn't say anything unless you are willing and ready to stand up for your actions and may even lose your job. If this is just another co-worker that told you, then I say that you should sit down with your boyfriend's cousin and talked to him/her alone and explain that you heard that they might be firing him/her and that you feel that it was right that they know. Should you tell your boyfriend, I think no, only because you are placing him in this exact situation and I don't think oyu want to do that. As for telling, well it all depends--what's more important? Your job and friends there, or your boyfriend and his family? Further more, you need to think, would either of them tell you? Would you want to know?

it hard to work with people you care about, why don't you try to see if you can help keep his job.its not easy to tell someone that they are getting fired.if you se that theres no way he can keep the job.then tell him because he can start looking for another job but don;t tell him how you know just say it looks to you that he might get fired tell him its a feeling you have that way you don't get in trouble or the person that told you in trouble

There's no good reason to tell him.
If its a ways out, I'd hint to him he should find another job. If its not set in stone and you know of a way he can save his job, tell him that, but telling him he's on the chopping block helps no one.
You're better off with them trusting you.

Keep business business and personal personal.
If you care about keeping your job, keep your mouth shut.
If you don't care about your job or the job of the person that told you go ahead and blab.

I believe that you shouldn't say anthing. The only thing that will happen will be that the people that u work with will stop trusting you.
