My husband is Asian and he has an MBA from an Ivy league American university. His spoken and written English are excellent and he has always had steady employment, but not on the basis of his MBA. He has another advanced degree and it is with that that he got various jobs and still gets offers from headhunters.
Maybe an MBA isn't all it's cracked up to be. And, as others stated, timing is everything when it comes to jobs. Actually, I think there is a reverse stereotype when it comes to Asians and computer science. People assume Asians are really good at computer stuff!

keep trying. It's hard for many people to get a job in that field. Persevere, you want it bad enough, you will get it. Can your husband get a job in your country? What are you really asking. All these questions must be answered by you. You are the only one who knows what your heart desires. Get a job for now, until you find the one you really want. If you just want a job, it shouldn't matter too much what you do.

I doubt it that it's because you're asian. If you feel like you were discriminated against, you should report that company. It's really about luck and timing. You're not the only person looking for a job, the odds of you finding a good job is still high. Have you placed your resume on Hotjobs or Monster.com? There are many other job postings online. you just have to spend more time researching and looking for them. I hope this helps.

The reason you are having a hard time finding a job is probably because you are an IT graduate. Despite the booming IT industry, there are also very very many IT graduates, too many, to go along with it.

Finding a good job is always hard.
Try at a large company.
You don't want to work for a bigoted jerk anyway.
