if you quit your job, then it will be hard to file...if you are fired then yes you can get unemployment...depending on what you were fired for...and if they fight the claim.

Do you feel like you've been forced out? In the UK you could try and claim for "constructive dismissal" and if you won your case you could claim unemployment benefit afterwards.

No, you have to be layed off. Sometimes if you're fired you can collect too. If you quit a job, you're on your own.

In the USA no way! So sad too bad you can't collect unless they can you. If you think they did this to "force" you out then you need to consult an attorney.
