Do you have the experience they want? If not, even if they don't require experience, other people with experience might be applying to the jobs. Also, a lot of jobs are filled by networking through friends and family. If you knew someone at Geico it would help.

Hmmmm......First off, you can't FORCE anyone to hire you. You just fill out applications, and if they are interested, they call you. You can't sit around and wonder why they haven't called you. Maybe they aren't hiring. I know you said they are always hiring, but no compnay can hire everyperson who walks through the door. Maybe they aren't hiring for the position you applied for.

If you have never been turned down for a job, you must not have very much experience in the workforce. Most people, when they are looking for a job, fill out applications at ten places or more, and only have a few of those places call them for an interview.

Do you know anyone who works there? Maybe they can find out if they are hiring people right now. Maybe they can put in a good word for you?

There's no point in sitting around waiting by the phone, wondering why they haven't called you. You have to go get another job. Then, if they do call, you can always quit your new job and work there. If they don't call, forget them. There are lots of good jobs out there.

Without any information about the position you're applying for or your qualifications for said position, it's impossible to accurately answer this question.

If you're the kind of person who wants to work in insurance then I think you deserve to have more than your ego (knees) hurt.
