I would like to write a letter to my workplace asking for a reduction in my work hours due to my wife starting full time work which is compulsary and I will be looking after my kids.

This is for all the people who are tired of applying for a job and doesnt know how much they are going to get payed. i am currently working at muvico 24 in south florida, which pays a measely $6.40. (Which Sucks) If i knew how much i was going to get payed, i wouldnt have bothered to fill out the application.

It took me like 5 times to understand what she was trying to say...all I want is to order my meal without having to repeat myself. There should be a requierment that these people should speak understandable english to work with the ENGLISH speaking public.
The english language is disappearing.

please help, I am going for a factory job where they are well known for not employing Women. I know all the basic stuff such as work history and education to put on my cv.
I am just stuck for something to say about myself to help me stick out.
Also I have knowledge that 300+ people apply every time a position opens up, as only decently paid job in the area.

Employers can turn down job applicants without giving an in depth WRITTEN reason. Why? Are they using smokescreens to avoid the real reason whether it be age/colour/sex etc. Why cant this be policed and the written reasons checked by an independent body?
