the local agreement regarding the bonus states that the company can give me 3mth notice.

they are within their writes to withdraw it if they give the correct notice .but in your favour bonuses are usually linked to something performance or the actual ammount of work above standard you do ,so if they no longer pay the bonus you no longer have to do whatever it was you had to do to achieve the bonus ..but you will still have to achieve the std for the job , this is a slightly grey area be careful dont put your job on the line.

There seems to be very little you can do. It can be harsh when you've come to think of such a regular bonus as part of your entitled salary. Your management have unfortunately just reminded you that it's not and they can take it away as easliy as that.

Perhaps your employer has run into finacial difficulties. Or maybe you aren't doing anything like you use to, to deserve the bonus.

If it's in your contract, tough.

If you think you're worth more - say so. If your employer doesn't agree, look for one who does.
