he told me he hates me, and told me to find a new job, or he will fire me.
he then told me i was going from 15 to 12 an hour.
I have been there 3 years, never been late and never missed a day. No write ups or any diciplinary actions whatsoever, just plain hates me, and told me so.

I have yet to get a paying job "out in the real world". What do you suggest as the best place to start? Grocery stores, restraunts, department stores? Where have your best and worst experiences been?

If you were an employee of a place and your district manager came in and told you you werent good enough that you were to slow...and he wished he could fire everyone there and start over with new people would you go into that same job the next day? I've worked there for a year and half and i asked him to show me what i was doing wrong and he said it wasnt his job to reteach me everything?

I'm almost 90 % sure I'm about to be offered 2 administrative positions. They both said the pay will be about the same (not as much as I'd like) and offer the same benefits, etc.

One of the companies I really like but there is no room for advancement and the position won't be available for a few weeks.
I'm getting unemployment but it may run out soon, I'm not sure.

The other company is well known, tons of room for growth but not really an industry that I care about.

My issue is, should I go for the company that really doesn't interest me but offers growth and could possibly pay 2 dollars more or should I go for the lesser where I feel really comfortable but no room for growth?
