Depends on how much you need the job. I might recommend talking to him again, telling him you enjoy your position and ask again, specifically what are you doing wrong, or what can you do better. It may show him you seriously care.

I've used that as a threat before and I've followed through. Sometimes when you're not getting the production you need to start over.

If I were an employee of the same place, I will resconsider taking other job because your district manager aren't doing his job. His duty to maintain wages for his workers and make sure the tasks are completed. But, If he wouldn't tell you what is wrong, then how he could help the business, money, profits and you?

If you wish to stay, you are responsible to find your own flaws or ask other workers to help you. Make a list of the weaknesses and find the solutions for those weaknesses. It could take a while but it is worth it. You want to prove your district manager that you are not slow or good enough, you know?

I hate bosses like that. Don't do him a favor by hurting yourself though. Keep strong, begin a new search for another job, but DON'T quit. That wont help you at all.
