um... well im 14 and it is hard looking for jobs, so i know how u feel, but the best thing u can do is get hookups from ur parents friends or older people that u know. Like helping out at a hairsalon or an auto place, or just get some friends together and do a car wash its what i do and believe it or not it actually pays a good amount it just depends on how much u help out.
