I found the only thing that made my job more enjoyable was knowing that when I got home each night I would be busy building my own business which would...and did....eventually replace my income. I now have leverage and residual income and am able to go out in the world and pursue whatever I like earning 10 times what I ever did in the work force!

ask for the boss a more paying or ask him to hire women and i am sure he can't say no unless he desciminate women and then you could take him to court and sue him people will get to know you and you will be on tv and people will see that you are good and they will see that you could be a tv star and then after a couple of movie you could run for governator and then you could run for president after that you star to take over small country and then you move to bigger country and then you will take over the world and you won't have to work and don't enjoy your work and women are going to fall for you and you will just a lucky sun of a gun.
