I already have an interview setup. The company then sent me to their website to fill out the application. On one section it has GPA, but my GPA is 2.9. Can I leave it blank?

I passed up a higher income a couple of months a go after the boss said I was being promoted. The promotion/income at my current job would have been higher than the other so I declined the offer. Instead of promoting me a person is being hired from outside. I believed the boss when I was told I would be the new head honcho. I feel discouraged and feel that I was being led to beleive this in order to keep me there. How can I trust anything this person says to me in the future? I want to leave and I feel like a fool for declining the previous offer. I really enjoy what I do and love my coworkers. I dont want to work under another incompetent, that takes the credit for everyones work. I was so counting on that promotion in order to get out of the poor house. And here I am again @ square one. I've worked my butt off for 2 years, spent more time @ work than home or with family. Trying until surpassing every challenge. Putting in so many hours, so much dedication! I feel so let down

Okay, before I begin I do not need lectures on how I should change my career. This is the way I have choosen to pay for school so lets leave it at that and just give me advice on my delema I am presenting to you.
I do porn. I flew out to work for this couple in California.
I am making okay money but not like what other companys pay their girls.
It seems like an easy decision right? To just leave but in this buisness I was lucky to find safe individuals and they let me stay in thier home while I was there. They took care of me and work around my schedule.
I fear that if I leave I will end up with a foney company or get in an unsafe situation. Even if that doesn't happen what if I leave and go with a legite company but that company won't care about me like the last one did, as far as scheduling and making sure everyones tests came back negative. Also being considerate of my preferences such as no gang bangs and stuff.

Spotwarehouse (a canada company) is recruiting an ebay trading assistant. I’m interested in this position but I have some questions.(so if I were an ebay trading assistant, I must sell the products for them- spotwarehouse. I have to do all things from the start (such as listing products on ebay website, then following the process, answering buyers’ questions, dilivering the product) to the end of the transaction) Or I just a member of a company which is as an ebay trading assistant. They said that my duty is to answer phone and email on the internet about the product. It's seem to be easier for me because I can not do all the work above to sell product for them.Is there anyone know about this can answer me?(I live in Vietnam). They said they will be in vietnam soon

I have a Bachelors degree in Bus Administration with a degree in Marketing. I love working with people and the challenge of new "scenarios," but I don't want to be in the mortgage industry anymore. Too many factors, none under my control, come into play to affect my pocket month after month and I am sick of the uncertainty. Changing my strategy to increase my odds or changing companies are 2 options that I am not open to. I just need a new beginning in California. Please help.

I work in a sales position for a company where I make a base pay per week for 40 hours. However, if we fall under 40 hours , we had to sign an agreement saying we'd be paid at 5.15 per hour, but if we go OVER 40 hours, we are paid a percentage of our sales volume. (This can be bad, there's been weeks where I didn't sell anything and made 4.00 an hour) I was just wondering if this is legal? I think I remember reading something that says there's a minimum salary per week that you have to be at or under to be exempt from being paid time and a half for overtime. I also don't get paid holiday pay. This week I had to work 4th of July AND a 12 hour shift today, which will put me at 45 hours for the week AND a holiday in there too, and I GUARANTEE I will not be paid time and a half OR holiday pay. Can I refuse to work "mandatory overtime" and not get fired if they refuse to pay me accordingly or is this company doing things legally?
