I have a Bachelors degree in Bus Administration with a degree in Marketing. I love working with people and the challenge of new "scenarios," but I don't want to be in the mortgage industry anymore. Too many factors, none under my control, come into play to affect my pocket month after month and I am sick of the uncertainty. Changing my strategy to increase my odds or changing companies are 2 options that I am not open to. I just need a new beginning in California. Please help.

You know all about business and financing, why not go into real estate investing? You would be a GREAT partner to another new investor, just because you know "the system."

If prostitution is the oldest profession, Landlording has to be the second oldest (even Mary and Joseph had a landlord at the inn....)

Trust me, it has taken me 6 years to learn a teeny bit of what you already know.

A great book on changing careers is "What color is your Parachute" They keep updating it, and it was great 10 years ago. Go pick it up from the Library.

Hi, if you are serious about change, contact me for information on a company that is taking the industry by storm. This may or may not be for you but I need you to at least give it a look.

Hey, why not try your own business where you set up your own hours and create your own success? We have a lot of people in our business who use to be in the mortage business, real estate, and insurance who started with my company, then decided to quit their job and just do this business. This may be the opportunity you are looking for, or maybe not, but it is worth checking out. Email me and I will send you information.
