Act like you do exist. Out do them in anything work related. Don't let them think it matters to you what they think. Then, you'll get a quicker promotion and you can act like they don't exist.

Be professional. You are after all at work. If they don't want to talk to you then they don't have too. It's work, not social hour. That sounds kind of harsh huh, sorry. It doesn't matter if they acknowledge your exisitance as long as both parties are professional (meaning, you and them).

Be very nice to them. Say "Good Morning" with a smile & mean it. Ask how they're doing.
They are probably just as shy toward you as you are toward them. Shyness is quite often mistaken for rudeness.

at my job no one speaks english so they dont talk to me either but better for me i just do my work and go home . it does make me feel bad but they aren't going to get the best of me . i have been there a lot longer.good luck

play pranks on them... put denco rub their phones, they will get the worst ear ache!
