I want to know the meaning of the word SUPER in emplyer posts of job vacancies. Is it a form of benefit for employees? If it is, what does it usually include?

It means superannuation, which is somewhat like social security in America. Basically, you atomatically have part of your pay taken out as a retirement thing; and your work will double (or a certian number) that, and put it away for you. So yes, it's a benifit. There are other parts to it, but that's basically what it entails.
Look up superannuation in yahoo or google or whatever, you'll have multiple companies that handle superannuations come up, they'll have it in much more detail.
Good luck with the jobs!

50K means $ 50,000.00 wages per year and Super means that the employer pays Superannnuation into a fund that is held in trust for you, to be used by you on retirement.
