Yes. I found out through my own experience of getting fired, that if a manager or boss gives you the ultimatum of "either quitting or getting fired" that you can collect the unemployment because it is just like being fired. But I just took the safest route and let mine fire me. When I applied for unemployment in my state, it was one of the questions asked.

If you have a good reason for quitting, you just have to do your appeals and a judge decides. Good luck.
