I'm starting prenursing in the spring, but think i ultimately want to be a respiratory therapist, so I would transfer starting the fall semester... the prereqs are generally the same, which alleviates this problem.. But, the projected growth rate for RTs in Pennsylvania is -5% through 2014! The national growth rate is 21-35 percent in that same time...why is it so much lower here, and will i have to relocate to a different state to find a job? All help appreciated.

Hello well I want to call my bank and request deposits made in my bank account from paypal.I've already called 3 times and as soon as someone answers I freeze and hang up.The reason I'm so scared is because I'm 14 and I've never called the bank before.I don't want to ask my mom to do it because she takes money out of my account and hides my bank statements so I have to do this myself.Can I call the bank and requst this information?I also tryed to sign up for online banking because it requires drivers license and employer info which I don't have obviously because I'm 14 so what do i do?

Does it really matter if a website says "secure," or "secured by such and such?" I mean as long as your infor is out there, aren't you at risk? I've been ordering stuff online lately, but I prolly shouldn't since I have a debit card, and that's worse than using credit (I only have a debit card). But from what I understand if you can say the charges are fraudulent, your bank will take them off. I recently read about a woman whose card got charged with all kinds of whack charges from Indonesia. She thinks it because she ordered a plane ticket online. But I mean aren't you just as much at risk if you give your card to a waitress or gas attendant? My dad wants me to use his credit card when I buy stuff online, but I don't want to do that. I don't want him to know what I'm buying and plus, how more secure is that?

I feel the company made some very crucial mistakes. I might take this to court. They go by a point system. For a call-out you recieve one occurence. If you are late more than 3 minutes you get a half of an occurence. If you go on Leave Of Absence you get one occurence for up to five days off. And if you tally up 8 occurences within that year, termination occurs! But in the Employees Handbook you recieve when you first get hired, it says: 0-4 occurences you get no corrective actions, your 5th occurence you get Written counseling, 6th written warning, 7th final written warning, and 8th termination! Its company policy to take these corrective action steps. My question to you is, since I got to my 8th occurence they have a right to terminate my employment with the company, but my only corretive action they took was my final written warning. i feel it was unfair that I was unaware that I got this far into my occurences without knowledge of it. What do you think I should do?

I havent brought anything from Ebay yet. But ive heard of people on their who have tried to buy and purchase an item becuase they have won the auction, and have either gotten the item late, or didnt get anything. Also, what they received, wasnt as it was previously described on the web page. I dont know about buying anything on their after hearing about that. Although, ive heard to that both buyers and sellers have a rating system. If you are a good and truthful seller, you get a higher rating from the customers. And the same for the buyer. Some buyers will win the auction, but then wont make a purchase. Which is wasting the sellers time, so they would get a bad rating. But still is it worth the chance?

I have a years assured tenancy agreement which was up in may 2008 . the landlord has decided to evict us because we kept moaning about the poor condition of the house. he has given us two months notice from today to move out As i will need to find another property I want to move out asap and not pay the remainder two months rent and forfeit the deposit, (im pretty sure i wont be getting this back anyway as the landlord will want to reclaim the money he spent on repairs), what is my legal standing and are the estate agents and landlor likely to pursue me for the remaining tw months rent .

Yesterday i made a comment about the office being to warm, and my boss responded with, 'just take your shirt off'. Also in the past when I gave him a check we received from a customer he told me I could have it if I spent it all on victorias secret and modeled if for him. What do I do? I really need this job with christmas in a month. I have been searching for other jobs since he first said the Victorias Secret comment 4 months, and I have found nothing. Also, collecting unemployment is not an option, I barely make enough as is, so unemployment checks definately won't pay the bills. HELP!!!

Hello.

I'm selling my used item on the website (similar to ebay, but the website does not have any responsiblity), and company's agent contacted me that their client wants to buy my item by paying a check.

They don't tell me who their client is, and their client's address is unknown. Moreover, I just accepted it, and they sent a check to me about 2 days ago. In addition, they will give me the shipping address by email as I receive their payment.

It looks alright, but is it really reliable and safe?

I haven't seen a company that works as a used item agent, and that is why I worry about it.

I just finalized the paperwork on getting a 2 bdrm/2bath apartment and need to start looking for a roommate that can move in with me, once I get the keys. The apartment is pretty nice, and it will be A LOT cheaper than renting by myself, plus the living quarters are twice as big, and I won't have to come home to an silent/lonely place anymore either. My problem is...finding a good roommate is harder than I expected! I don't know anyone that's looking for a place, that I can actually trust. I'm thinking about posting an add....say on craigslist or roommates.com . I will only live with another female, around my age. And of course I'd have her sign all the necessary documents, ensuring that rent is paid and protecting my butt from everything else that may happen. My question is...is it a bad idea to post an add for a roommate, because essentially this person is a stranger? I'm a little nervouse about it, but I don't have any other options.

Any ideas/opinions/suggestions?? Thanks!

help.my bank has always paid mt rent s/o even if i have been short,and charged me obviusly,but this time round i checked my account on the friday prevoius and they paid it and left me £300 in the rd,i thought great at least theyv'e paid my rent,but when i checked again on tues after my landlord called to say where is it?,they gave me bacl my money,charged me £38 and didn't pay my rent,now i have an angry landlord and i wondered whether they could really do a U-turn like this,help.

I'm about to start a job where I am telecommuting and traveling around the US. I live in NY state, but do not live in NYC. The office where I am out of is based in NYC. Will I have to pay NYC tax? Will I get it back at the end of the year? Is it better to ask to transfered to the NJ office?
