Hello well I want to call my bank and request deposits made in my bank account from paypal.I've already called 3 times and as soon as someone answers I freeze and hang up.The reason I'm so scared is because I'm 14 and I've never called the bank before.I don't want to ask my mom to do it because she takes money out of my account and hides my bank statements so I have to do this myself. Can I call the bank and requst this information?I also tryed to sign up for online banking because it requires drivers license and employer info which I don't have obviously because I'm 14 so what do i do?

Talk to your mom.

By law, she must be the guardian on your account. You can't make financial decisions without her. The bank won't tell you much nor do much for you without her explicit instructions.

The law is the law, but you should be developing a trusting relationship with your mom. I know it's not always fun or easy, but the trust the two of you should have will go beyond money.

When she realizes that she can trust you with your own bank account, she can trust you with a lot more.

Is there something that you're trying to hide from her? Is there something that she's trying to hide from you?

Sounds like a big trust issue that needs to be resolved between you two and not the bank.

Get telephone banking to check deposits and balances.

However, since your are the owner of the bank account,
when you call the bank, simply talk to the person. You have
nothing to hide - they will ask you some security questions.

Or better, go to you bank and ask for a copy of your last statement - say you lost it.

You could call them and actually say something and still not get any results. Your account is likely a child's account and you are not a signer on it anyways. They are required by law to speak with an adult.

Call the bank with all your information at hand.

They are there to help you-you are the customer.

You're just going to get into trouble. Don't try to do an end run around your parents.
