Got motorcycle stolen, only had liablity insurance so this was not covered...I have been reading articles that said it is tax deductable if the amount exceeds 10 percent of my AGI. so if I make 50k and the loss is 10k....I should be able to tax deduct 5k...am I doing this right or is it even tax deductable?

If I am correct, a Statement of Cash Flow shows Revenue and Expenses; while an Income statement shows the same thing? Am I correct? Don't see the difference between the two and when one would be more helpful to a firm that the other?!

I need a database (XLS, CSV, etc) of all ISPs (Broadband and Dialup?) in the world with their subs, addresses, management(?), etc. Whatever data points I can get. I need to load into my CRM system.

Love to get as much data about them as I can, maybe CEO, etc.

Or some variation of this to save us having to go pull it all.

This is a business request, not a consumer request (net, I don't need to evaluate what ISPs I can get home broadband).

Anyone know a source for this data.

ok im currently looking for jobs.. except i'll be going on holidays in 2-3 weeks time for about 2 weeks..

what should i do??
should i still look for jobs??
or should i start looking for jobs after i come back from my holiday?

im only 15 so its not a big job.. probably just some part time or casual work..
if its this kind of small jobs (like working in newsagency or supermarkets etc i dont know yet) do i need to give like 2 weeks notice or something to 'temporary leave' or quit =( ?

I'm thinking of getting an agent license for the sole purpose of representing myself as a buyers agent when I buy my home. I've read that the seller's agent traditionally gets a certain % commission, which is then split with the buyers agent. I feel like I've done the leg work that the agent would have done. I'm confident in my knowledge of the buying process, already know which areas I want to live in, past/current home prices, etc.

I am in my first year of interest only mortgage...(low mon. payment).... my mortgage broker says that there is no money paying towards the principal balance....and its eating up my equity.....after 2 more years i will need to pay a huge amount of cash!! he also stated that i cannot refi* because of a penalty?

I sent item about a month ago buyer said he did not reiceve it filed a complant he did not no that I had this item insured so when I traced it, the item was picked up by him he will not respond to emails I have posted tracking info on paypal dispute how do I end this it was alot of money and am not sure if this is a scam he has 100%feedback on ebay and many items sold. what I really want to know is how can I stop this am not paying a cent he has already recieved it

He is a liscensed builder, but will not repair anything without the city climbing down his back. When he does repairs, they are just awful, nothing is done right. At what point is he failing to maintain his property and doesn't this constitute a breach of contract since he's supposed to keep it up?

i am possibly interested in going to school for sonography/ultrasound technology.

i need to know what types of courses to expect, and is the courseload very heavy on math/science (not my strongest areas but if it's not TOO intense in these areas i think i can do it)
Also, is it imperative that i take ONLY an accredited program? or is it actually conceivable that i will get a job if i go to a school or institute where the program is not accredited? I've been told that if you take non-accredited classes you have to find work in the field & intern for a year before testing. But does anyone actually do this? I mean is it possible to get a job this way or are those programs just scams? i don't want to end up jobless w/a worthless degree.
if anyone has experience & can give me any insight i would really appreciate it! thanks in advance!

I am getting ready to move with my family to San Antonio. It is a sudden thing, so we have to find a nice place VERY soon. My husband has been there once a few years ago and he really liked the area around UTSA. How is that area now? Would you reccommend any apartments out there? I know the Northeast side is the best, so I'm looking for a nice complex...2 bedroom/2 bath flat for UNDER $750. We have to stay close to the airport.
