I have a IOU of 30K with Ms N from a legal firm, repayment of $300 for about 6years. 2 years has passed. I am very mental stress. I want to ask if there is any loophole which i can counterclaim her for any ways or get a lawyer to fight this case. If i don't pay...where will i end up? jail? small case? what is the worst that can happen under singapore law.

Is there a place to get free legal aid? Perhaps you could ask a law school class to help you, or ask a law school professor if there's any way you can get help. Sometimes charities know of places where they will help you for free, like a legal aid clinic.
