Any assistance would be much appreciated, whether it is links or hard facts. I'm doing a project for uni, and need to know how much it costs for a full-page ad in mainstream publications, such as monthly glossy mags in the UK or daily newspapers. The point is to find out how much publications can earn per edition. If anybody knows also, how do commercial companies contact publications for ad space? Is there a third-party i.e. media buyer, if so how many media buyers do companies typically use? Thank you again.

My apartment got flooded by the lady upstairs plumbing leaking into my apartment. My carpet got damage and my clothes got soaked. My renters insurance only provided coverage if my thinks get destroyed by a storm so I got no compensation. I contacted the housing inspector and she gave the apartment manager to dec 6 to get the repairs done and they have every excuse in the book such as we dont have the supplies yet to fix the drywall and change the carpet. Now my master bedroom has mold on the walls , ceiling and closet and my lease doesnt end until May of next year. Should I brake the least and ruin my rental history or try to wait for the repairs or housing inspector to take action? What would you do ? Any legal advise, sugesstions or experinece

Our family has lived in this slum apartment complex for three months and have had roaches since the first day we moved in. We even put the roach problem on the paper that listed all the things wrong with the apartment, for three months I have seen this problem get worse. I have even made a video. I've talked to the office several times and they haven't done anything. PLease help I need to know who I can contact in order to get this taken care of, can I report them? will the video help? I appreciate all answers to help with this.

please answer am i better of buying a £135 year one????? cos it works out @ 22.5 per month for only 6 month!!??? if i jpoin up for a card cash scheme and they send it out in 7-10 days will that give me time to decide whether i want to go ahead with it or pay all upfront at 135 for ayear?

i phoned up tvv licence about cash entry card shceme thing anfd thought i could pay £11 a month for al icence, but it actually wors out deaer ythat if you buy a licence at 135 for the year surely? its 22.50 per month for6 months!?? s this right

I have brought 4 S.D cards all not as described, I have asked for a full refund, their reply was send us back the items and we will send you the money, obviously I am not that silly as I got ripped off in the first place, their 2nd reply was to give them my paypal account details - how do I do this and is this a wise move, if I give them the details, could they drain my account ?

It sucks.
I'm in the time were you're too young to get a real job but too old to do stupid jobs (cleang cars etc.) for parents.
