To clarify the website. Its one of those sites which you pay a onetime fee of like 30 bucks, then you begin receiving surveys, and you are paid a certain amount for each survey you fill out.

I've been living in a senior apartment downtown L.A. The company, which owns the complex gives part of the parking spaces to the tenants and leases the garage on the other side to a parking company. I want to complaint about it because since I haven't got a space yet, I have to buy a monthly parking from somewhere else around my place. I think the company should let the tenants use its garage, which it is leasing. I'm depending on welfare; I can't spend on buying a parking that costs me almost rent. Who do you think I have to contact to solve this problem?

The domain etc was in his name so I have no proof of ownership. I invested more than him. I did get a return on my investment, but shortly after he basically told me to bugger off. I was doing half the work. I came up with the name of the website. Got msn messenger history for proof of conversation. Got backups of the website at the time to proove I had access. I came up with the website name.

I feel I should have got more money than I have. What can I do about it? Is there any way I could get ownership to half of the website as that's what I should get seeing as I invested more than half the money.

My daughter and I are apartment hunting and every complex we go to has all sorts of fees. I can understand application fees and pet fees.

However, everyone wants to charge an Administration Fee but no one has the same reason and some don't have any reason for charging it. Is it just a scam to get more money out of us?

I am a manager at a hotel. First, I was hired for a sales entry level position, but because of my experince in a more senior position I was giving the Sales Manager position. Even do my job offer letter stated EMM (which is the entry level position). My pay stayed the same as an EMM. I was given a desk on the back section of the office with 4 other hispanics (even though I was suppoused to have an office because of the new position I was given). I did go to HR about this, but before anything was done I was suspended. My boss overheard me speaking with a recruiter that contacted me. The whole time I have been working for the company I've felt spoken down to and not apreciated even do I am the first one to get there and last one to leave. Number one in sales for the hotel, so they cant say is because lacck of productivity. Not enough done the Assistant went thru the company laptop and walked in on a mmeeting with myself, the hr director and sales director and showed sexy pics of myself.
