Background, I need to declare bankruptcy. I am unemployed. I live with my parents in their home. I have few assets Car,Tv and Hifi. My debts are unsecured, Loan and credit cards.

I have located a Statement of affairs (debtor's Petition) Form 6.28.

The form asks do i have use of another motor vehicle.

I am a named driver on my dads Insurance does this count ?
Why are the asking as i don't own the car ?

It then goes on to ask how much do other members of your household contribute each month to the household expenses.

I don't know what my parents income is (one retired one working part time) It's not the kind of question they would answer even if i asked.

It then ask for the total Household income
The Name and ages of all occupants of your household and if they are dependant on you.

Are they trying to involve my parents in my debt ?

You could now give a few examples of what the purpose of some fuctional areas are in two of the companies.

I am going to open a francise either cadburys or sainsbury the head office is going to inform me.

For each of the business explored in above you are required to evaluate the extent to which the fuctional areas contrivute to the aims and objectives of the business.

Indentify the aims and objectives of cadbury and sainsburys.

owner's about market conditions? Are they listening? Do home owner's fully grasp market conditions are do they still have hope? I'm curious . . . I'm an investor and recently over heard a phone conversation between an agent or seller stating that the agent wasn't showing the home because the only people that were calling were looking for deals? I'm curious to get the seller's perspective because quite frankly, they are ignoring the obvious . . . Are you telling your clients to not sell their home right now unless it's an emergency? Are you telling your clients that significant discounts are required to sell? Thanks.

$134,900 is the asking price right now. It was $136,900 1 month ago and $140,000 4 months ago. Built in 1978, 1700 sq ft, well, septic, electric baseboard heating, fireplace, 1 acre brick split level home. Beautiful. It is in a neighborhood with 1 road in and out with roughly 30 houses or less. Average home age is 1988, 2100 sq ft, recent homes sold were $160k-$267k. Average value is about $80k more then this one. Some have wells some have just taped in to local water service. Well in this home is fine. Area is economically depressed Eastern Ohio and isn't going to change anytime soon. The sellers live over an hour away and are renting waiting for this to sell. They bought it in 1998 for $93k but note they did update the kitchen and added berber carpets. This home is already a steal at $134,900 but I'd to get it cheaper. Any recommendations on a good price I should offer without sounding not serious because I am, it will be mine. :)

I am planning to start up a small carpet cleaning company in PA that annually grosses about $30,000 working all by myself. But later in about a year or so, I might want to grow it as a full janitorial service company with several employees that generates more than $150,000 which I have done in Chicago last year. When I was doing business in Chicago, I paid a lot of payroll and income taxes with S-Corp status. So, now I want this carpet cleaning business to have minimum tax expenses. Should I go ahead and file S-corp or just do Sole Pro.? Which of the two will be more beneficial tax wise when earning around $30,000 a year? (If I go S-Corp, I am planning to pay myself about $500 a month as a salary from that $30,000)

I have worked at this restaurant for 2 years now. My wage is 9.10 an hour. The problem is I acquired a job for my friend there and he is receiving 9.50 an hour! What can I do get a overdue raise legal wise, EEC? And what pay should I demand.

I have established myself as a reliable employee by ALWAYS being punctual, being very productive, and having great relations with managers. I have worked in this business for four years now. My friend, he is completely new and has no experience in the food industry. You see the disparity???

Been in a relationship for 12 years - not married, but bought a home. relationship ended and payments were stopped on the home. About to be in forclosure. He was in the home, I left eight months ago. I had applied for a position a month-and-a-half ago, had discussed a plan with my managers, and was assured of this position, after one month of training. However, my official job title is not what i applied for; It is supposed to be a temporary position. Recently, I was informed that the position that i want, applied for, and discussed with my managers was internally available through the company (unknownst to me; I believe my managers should have informed me), and the position had been filled, by someone else. Now, I feel I have lost the opportunity for this position for at least a year, and i'm not willing to stay with the company that long, because the position I want pays twice as much as I am currently making. So, I am trying my options to aquire this position. I would really appreciate any response, for or against, and any suggestions.

I'm in a bind for money, and my son's dad said he would give me some money to help me if I would agree to let him claim him on his taxes. I usually make around 26,000-29000, but last year they held out money for student loans I was behind on, and I still owe them, so I'm sure they'll do it again this year. I could still claim 1 other child, but I wonder how much of a difference it will make? I usually get the earned income credit also. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do the real estate agents have their own painting company they rely on, or like do they recommend to the homeowner a painting company? and does this happen alot where there's a house to for sell, but the house needs to be painted and the agents tell the homeowner to get it painted? sry if it isnt clear

- we bought a hoodie today for 29.99 (original price is 49.99).. and the thing is its buy one get one 50% off..
so we bought another one (the same one) for $20 ( its only 20 dollars coz it has a damage, so we bought it for a discount..)..
so we ask them, why is the price still $20? (the price should be around 15 dollars..) $15 dollars because half of $29.99 is around 15, and subtract our "damage" discount from $15....then they told us that, " the 50% off will be deducted from the "original price"..

yea, i know that, but in the advertisement in front of their store, it says, "buy one get one 50% off, discount will be deducted at the store"..
-it doesnt say "buy one get one 50% off of the original price".
the thing is, false advertisement maybe?
and plus, we cant return them becuase in their policy, it says no refund..

anothing thing is that,
if one hoodie is 29.99, and if you buy another one, its ""49.99"" subtract the 50% off..
i guess the store can't do that..
because, overall, they're saying that one hoodie is 29.99 and the other price of the SAME hoodie is 49.99 !!

i think that it should be:: one hoodie = 29.99 and if you buy another one, its the 50% off of the price of the same previous hoodie ( which is 29.99)...
if their pricing is wrong, can we get our money back?
