Technical indicators for the stock are Bearish. For a hedged play on this stock, look at a Mar '08 20 covered call (NSI CD) for a net debit in the $18.63 area. That is also the break even stock price for this trade. This covered call has a 128 day duration, provides 25.27% downside protection and a 7.35% assigned return rate for a 20.97% annualized return rate.

Can a person survive on two OR three thousand and seven hundred ($2,000+ to 3,700+ U.S.) dollars a month?

I'm a college student, and would like the opinion of adults with jobs, perhaps owning homes or renting apartments if this is possible.

Should I pick a career with this amount of income per month? Is it logical?
I would like to purchase my own home someday...

RVI sells mid-sized to large, new and used vehicles. A selling discount occurs when the buyers sign an agreement with RVI. under the agreement, RVI cares for the vehicle when the owners are not using it, rent the vehicles to third party. the risk of theft is significant for these types of vehicles, therfore RVI ensures the pwners have insurance coverage. but the insurance company complains about excessive claims and losses and no longer allowed the insured vehicles to be rented out. most owners switched insurance company, but there are currently 10 vehicles on the lot with no insurance, and not covered by any other insurance. RVI has not be able to get in touch with their owners. discuss this issue. is this a financial reporting issue? please answer me as detail as possible.

When having somebody co-sign for a morgage with no $$$ down, how does mortgage insurance work?
1) Is it required?
2) Is it permanent?
3) Is it like a car insurance policy - where the money is paid, and if the insurance is never 'claimed' then the money is gone?
3.5) Does a mortgage insurance payment go towards the principle price of the house?
