some scams, do too, of course, so either tell us more or take your chances.

Well it looks like you didn’t even applied for that job and didn’t attend an interview with them; even if you are a legend in the oil industry, you should have attended one. Then will come the delivery documents needs, fees for processing, pre-payment for this and that – with explanation, don’t worry you’ll be reimbursed: IT’S A SCAM!!!
