for example, if 3 months go by and I have not been able to make a payment, do they start calling and harrassing me?
when do they kick me out ? how long does the unpaid balance along with the late fees and what other charges will the bank put on my credit report.??? how long would this
nightmare be on my credit report?
please let me know what to expect if this happens...
i am a responsibel person, and just want to know how harsh i will be treated and what the consequence are... thanks

We needed to make an emergency repair on our stucco home that cost nearly $50K. Had to put it on a few high interest credit cards and now I'm freaking out! How can we pay this off quickly or get the balance transferred to something else? I was thinking of a home equity but we already have 2 mortgages on this place and no one wants to take third position. Moving is not an option as we'd be upside down. HELP!!! Any advice is welcome!

I cashed my student loan check ($3,000) and I took it to the bank.. well my co-signer doesn't live here and he signed it and mailed it back to me but wasn't present when I cashed it.. when I took it to the bank, they accepted it but are placing it on a 2-5 business day "hold".. My business partner and I run two companies. In one company he owns 51% and on the other I own 51%.

i get paid under the table in cash weekly so its not really official

I have 3 defaulted accounts, but unfortunately they have been sold already to collectors, some of them have been sold twice. For this reason I couldn’t reach any agreements about clear records from my debt file after payment, but I manage to pay around 50% though. As I’m still interested in improving my credit rating: should I pay off a lump sum or instalments would make a better picture and add me some points after, let say a year?
