I am having a hard time getting a Supervisor at Mediacom to let me talk to their manager. Does anyone have a telephone number of the corporate office or at least a manager's telephone number.

Are you actually dialing the number again from scratch, or are you hitting the "redial" or "call back" button? Try dialing the number as if you're making a new call and see if that works. If that doesn't work, call them from another number and ask what's going on. It sounds like some sort of error -- unless you were abusive or threatening to the rep you spoke to earlier, which doesn't seem like it would be the case.
