I am wanting to get expired mls listing that did not sign back up with an agent, preferrably 60 to 120 days old.

Is there anyone in the Fort Worth area that can supply me with the list for a fee?

I am an Investor, Thanks for your help .

you may want to try loan officers who partner with realtors too. I would ask this on a highly trafficked classified site where Texas realtors go to. You may want to try doing flat fee mls listings like the source below. these expired people may just go with you on a flat fee basis but if you bring a buyer you still get paid 2 or 3%
have financing arranged though as this is what is halting the market.

You will need to contact a real estate agent who belongs to the local MLS. Expired listings are only available to those who are paid members. Depending on the rules of the MLS, members may be be authorized to give you that information, free or otherwise.

Don't be surprised if you don't find anyone willing to divulge the list. Expired listings are worked for re-listing by other agents, and the last thing they want is YOU going direct to the seller and negotiating outside the spectrum of professional real estate.

Call any local Realtor. They should be OK with supplying the list because they should be able to negotiate a commission out of it.
