I am not certain what a "garnish bank account" is, but you are probably going to have a difficult time of it. When you send a wire transfer, you are required to give them the financial institutions information and your account holder information. Once you sign the document, you have authorized them to send the funds. If you can show them that they made an error, you should be ok, but otherwise you are going to have a problem.

Talk to your banker (ask for a manager or supervisor). They may be able to put a reversal on the wire transfer if it was recently completed.

Good Luck!
