.Nature's Fall To Winter...Sonnet*

In each the courage for on-coming Fall...
Not lightly do deer leave hoofprints behind
In searching for, claiming, thick stands of trees
Promising shelter. Sunshine days turn leaves,

Once green, to gold-flecked yellow, reddened flame.
Bold travesty. Colorful, barren cold,
Misted, creeping by degrees. Shorter days
Giving way to longer, chillier stays

Of nights, laced with owls eyeing small shadows,
Huddled, not invisible to hunger.
With an elegant, slicing swoop, the life
Becomes life, twining seasonal cycles

In rythmn, as each, apart, dance through Time.
A doe uncurls, still cold, into sunshine.

Sunflower follows the warmth of you, glowing,
Summertime vibrant alive colors flowing,
Sandy soft grass mounds, willow tree bowing,

Picnic place perched under shady persimmon,
Plates all arranged, and manors forgiven,
Peace, perhaps passion, appetite driven,

Laughter for lunch under crystalline sky,
Lazy lament of our chances past by,
Long ago lovers, under prairie grass lie…

Help to save distressed Faustus' soul!

Enter LUCIFER, BELZEBUB, and MEPHISTOPHILIS.

LUCIFER. Christ cannot save thy soul, for he is just:
There's none but I have interest in the same

I dont understand what " there's " refers to above,...to Christ, to the soul, or specifically Fautus's soul? If it is Christ, that doesnt make sense because didnt he just imply Christ exists by saying Christ is just?
Thanks for any help, I need to write an essay on Faust and this is important to my work.

As in Romantic attachment? Family attachment?

Or does wisdom constitute a sort of detachment from these things?

I have a Nikon D50. I need a flash that can be rotated to bounce off walls, etc. I want a bracket so I can shoot horizontal and vertical. What would you recommend? I found the following:

http://www.reallyrightstuff.com/flash/index.html
http://www.adorama.com/CBCBJ.html?sid=1196349092641193
http://www.wolfcamera.com/product/QTB9550NK.htm?bct=t13031003%3Bcifilm-cameras-and-accessories%3Bciflashes-motor-drives%3Bciflashes

would this be worth the money? I know I can't shoot vertically but...

Does anyone have any recent information on what Gale has been working on aside from his current guest appearance on "Grey's Anatomy"?

Have you heard if he's doing any upcoming theater work?

I had read he was part of producing something but haven't heard anything beyond that.

Thanks.

Hilo side.

Sugarcane stalks, rustle in sunshine
Salt air wafts, as the seagulls complain
Emerald jeweled isle, Hawaii, Hilo side
Kulolo for breakfast, easy to make

Go pick opi’i, maybe catch lobster
Trade for some rice and Tonkatsu sauce
Sunsets on Pacific are crimson to amber
Palm trees a palace, the sky for a home

I cannot go back now, though paradise lingers
In my heart, long beaches, of pristine white sand
Time there is so precious, old souls remembered
Mahalo kamaaina kane, mahalo wahine

The rubber band inside my head
is wound up way too tight,
I cannot stop the argument
‘tween my left brain and my right,
Each time I try to run away
You suck out all my energy
I want to fly away today
Somehow, sometime, right now, someway

I look into the mirror
And do not know the face,
I looked all around me
And do not know the place,
With all my breath, I try to say
Until the end of time I pray
Go away, right now, please go...No…stay!

Blackstone Manor

Hounds whelp at the walls
Of old Blackstone Manor
on the moor, through the fog
A candlelit window
Lady’s soft whispers
A call to her love

Come back to me, Darling
From Majuba Hill
in the land of Transvaal
In South Africa
I wait for you here
While the fire’s still burning

Many years later
I still see you, lover
Officer’s sabre and buttons of gold
I know you fought bravely
My young handsome lover
I know that another
Will soon come to call

if these actions caused someone to not have children, and those children not to have children etc etc... then basically this is a worse crime than murder because those people would never exist at all. If time travel is possible, even very remotely.. then this calls lots of things into question.

what is your take on this?

I would like to print mty own tee shirts - I live in an area where this would be an excellent small business to get into. All I am wondering about is I know there are (basically) two easy ways to print onto shirts (, etc)

Method 1: Printing Machines (usually costing between 500 and 1000 dollars)

Method 2: Printing designs from your PC/Printer and ironing on.

Could anyone tell me if Method 2 is durable and lasting? Or, overall which method is best for decent shirts??

Thanks!!

I want to see what everyone thinks this quote means...

"The power of perpetuating our property in our familiesis one of the most valuable and interesting circumstances belonging to it and that which tend the most to the perpetuation of society itself. It makes our weakness subservient to our virtue, it grafts benevolence even upon avarice."

But instead: a heightened sense of duty coupled with human curiosity and a drive for knowledge.

Though there may be an evolutionary justification for love: It seems to be a very crude and flawed characteristic - a testament to the imperfection of nature... Ants don't feel love, but an innate instinctual drive to work collectively.

We would not feel it would we? We would not be as miserable as people say the world would be in the absence of love. Arguments from that standpoint are coming from a creature that is already trapped in the emotion can't fathom what the world would be without it - we can speculate, but our deductions would be skewed, wouldent they?
