The world is not an entity that can be good or ill natured. But other people in general, which is probably what you mean, generally do respond better to nicer people, but not always. But other events in the world, such as flat tires, cancer, etc., do not favor nicer people - they terrorize all of us equally - actually randomly, which is different from equally - but certainly without regard to how nice or not nice we are.

Good natured people will probably more likely view the world as good-natured. Depressed, angry people will probably view the world as a cold, heartless place. Our thoughts really influence how we perceive our environment and the threats and opportunites within that environment.

actually...we are just as affected as those who are always "down and depressed about things all the time"..we know that there is much going on and don't ignore it..and, are not "blind to these things"...our hearts hurt...and we get upset also...it's just a "choice"..we can join in with all the rest and be brought down, or, we can try to stay on top of things and maybe "brighten" someones day by being stronger than the world around us.... "Peace!"

Most of it. You'd be surprised at how others, even those who are not known to be nice, respond to a genuine kindness.
