Please Please, I must state first that this is not an attempt to bash individual Catholics, but rather pose some critical questions that need to be considered.

Is "The Church" founded on solid precepts? I'd have to say no. Let’s start with Peter. Let’s say Peter is the Head of the Church and was in Rome. What Biblical evidence is there that Peter left the Authority of the Church in Rome? Peter was a devout Jew, knew that "Salvation is to the Jew First", and that ALL Promises to the Nation of Israel Would be Fulfilled, so why would he give the Authority of the Church over to Gentiles? Not saying that Peter did not accept Gentiles. I know he did, but he knew the prominence of the Nation of Israel. Has there ever been a Jewish Pope?

Is it not true that John was the last of Jesus' Apostles to die? If this is the case, certainly the Authority of the Church would have been passed to him after Peter's death. There is NO Biblical Support that John gave authority to Rome...

My friend does manga art... and posts it on deviant art.... I was wondering how he colors his art so well? I do know that he drawed it out at 1st, and scanned it to his computer. What program does he use to color his drawings?

IMPEDIMENTS

Where did you come from, lamentable quality?
So horrible, so deranged, such an atrocity!
You make barriers of communication an idiosyncrasy,
Thus, filling Carolinians like me, with stupidity.

To everyone, you are a great hindrance
To me and to my friends, you are such a nuisance!
You make our minds dilapidated,
Albeit we know that we would never be defeated.

Carolinians have unique personalities,
Hence, we deal our problems with relative ease.
Thanks to our different multiple intelligence,
We learn within learning spheres with diligence.

To think positive and not negative,
To express our opinions in elegant mathematics,
To accept and to learn to love ourselves well,
To find an exit, to go out from our shell.

To draw art that contains well – inscribed feelings,
To be one with nature, the pristine air and calm waters,
To dance with rhythm and
To communicate effectively, removing its barriers.

My fellow puppets, they once believed the world to be flat. I now challenge the universe’s existence. If it exists, then why is there no proof of it’s creation / existence / nor meaning? In the name of science I implore that you bring forth answers.
Question not the beliefs of others, but the logic behind their actions.
Know that we are not looking to be right or wrong, we simply want to define our existence. Allow not the birth of fear of knowing the truth, for the truth will set us free.
We have been puppets in the hands of the unknown for too long. It is time that the secret behind all which that exists is unveiled. Never fear what tomorrow will bring, for the tomorrow cannot exist without the today. Crave not glory, crave not perfection, fear not defeat, fear not death. For that which has no meaning, is hollow. That which is hollow is not life. May the truth fall on us, and liberate us from all the lies, once and for all. The truth shall prevail.

My philosophy professor says it was not Mama Mary. Actually, we were all shocked when we heard that it was Saint Anne, Mama Mary's mother, who conceived Jesus Christ. How come did this happen?

Okay, it's for a fan fiction. If you could think of one that preferably matches Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter series, that would be amazing. It'd go something like...

"Malfoy the ___."

Remember, it's focusing on the bad side of Draco. If it helps, it's spoken by Hermione.

Well, I had to do a presentation in front of class confronting an argument.

I got up and started talking, looking around and trying to speak my best. My partner didn't go up with me.

My voice got all shaky and I started sweating.

Later other people from the other group got up and were very relaxed and had such confidence. A girl was teasing me by getting up and acting all shakey.

I was more confident than how I used to be, but I didn't expect my partner to abandon me. I don't like it when I'm not prepared.

How can I handle stage-fright? What do the actors do?

One of the other presenters was an actor, of course she was extremely confident amoung the eyes and thoughts of people.

Thanks ;)

November is over!! So how did all you Nanoers do? How many of you won? I came in at just under 68k but I also had two pieces to do for the sports figure I ghostwrite for this month that added up to another 10K or so words. So it was about an 80K month for me. Never thought I wrote that much! It felt great, and I love the book I am doing for Nano... I expect to finish and start my second draft in January. How did everybody else do? Come forward and take a bow, winners! You earned it!!

I'm thinking of showing how the author uses foreshadowing, irony, or nature. Which should I choose? Could I just say that the book is an examination of what it means to be family or is that too general.

The book is about a fishing family that is torn apart by affairs. Brothers are in competition with each other. I can't decide what to talk about.

Such as, John Steineck's "The Grapes of Wrath", there were so many symbols in that! And also, Fitzgerald's "The Great Gatsby" (which I absoutely adore, I think it is an amazing novel).
Do these writers, or any writers for that fact, intentionally put symbols in their writing?
It must take a lot of time to do that.

Okay, so is drawing an acquired skill?
Or is it if you can't draw at all, you'll never learn?
I've drawn some pretty good things.
But, then sometimes, I just can't draw at all, and it looks really bad.
So, if I keep practicing, will I get better?
Or am I doomed?
