I have this idea for a movie. I looked online for sites but what I found wasn't really helpful. Can someone suggest a few good sites please? Your help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Search for programs on form. Do a search for a site like this one.
Then get an agent.

Go to the library and check out some screenplay format books- try to look for the newer books. Also, look for some actual published screenplays (Barnes and Noble has a good section for this).
That will help you to begin to put your idea down in the proper format.
