come on guys, lets keep an open mind to peoples reasons for believe what they do, and not be rude. i understand this is an touchy subject, and im not trying to create controversy. im just curious to hear the general publics reasoning for believe what they believe on the subject of beginnings, not a scientist with a PhD.
also: i know a good deal about this subject, so you don't need to spend a lot of time explaining the actual 'scientific' explanations. thanks so much guys, my curiousity has gotten the best of me

Charles Cornwallis By:Katie Schuckers

Charles Cornwallis lived a wonderful life living an amazing 67 productive years. He was born in 1783 and then died in 1805.Cornwallis first went to training camp at Turin then, Some of the very first military experience he had was in the seven years' war. He was commissioned in the British army as a ensign in Germany. Then, during the 1760's to the 1770's Cornwallis spoke out against the repressive tax policies Britain wanted America to do. Then in 1766 he voted against the Declamatory act because he was sympathetic of the American colonists. Even though Cornwallis did not like the measures that started the whole American Revaluation, he stood there proudly and accepted his duty of becoming in command of North America as a major general. During the American revaluation he served with distinction. In 1776 he aided the British win at the Battle of long island on August 27th and 28th,1776. Cornwallis can proudly take all the glory for the British victory at Brandywine, Pennsylvania on September 11th,1777. Then, Cornwallis led the British troops to Philadelphia on September 28th of that same year. After a short visit to England back to become second in command to sir Henry Clinton. Then he later went back to England to hi ill wife, who later died in 1779. In Cornwalliss' later life, in 1785 he then became the Envoy to the Court of Fredrick, The great of Prussia. Then, from 1786 to 1793 he was the General/Governor on India, he much later Died in India at Ghazipur on October 5th,1805. Charles Cornwallis had a major and good effect on the British nation. Lets just say he did his part! Websites:

My grandfather Andrew Imbiorski died in 1910 in Chicago, after falling from a roof. He was close to 70..my mother was the youngest of his second family with grandmother Rose Hernes.
I don't know what year he immigrated, but it was with his first wife Catherine and 4 children ( 3 boys and daughter?)
I am hoping that something on Ancestry will show his origin, or possibly one of the sons that was born in Poland. All of them were in the Chicago area.
Any lookup is deeply appreciated.

What is the difference between a question within the domain of philosophy -- one which philosophy is best suited to answer -- and one which is not? Is it a matter of how or whether we define our terms? Is it a matter of whether empirical research is involved?

I'm concerned about the archaic words in a poem I wrote. Obviously, I don't talk like this every day. If there's any English majors out there that would be willing to point out my errors, I would be most grateful... Here are the portions:

“Lilith, Lilith, thou hast wrought lust of Adam’s heart
By your virginal disobedience, a cast of Lucifer’s art!”

“Shall not Lilith return justly to her true brethren?
Canst thou, Lord, once again mold the silt of the earth

Whence did thou find the ingredients of her dark soul—

Lo God! No beauty of the earth, nor flower of the lea

Saith he, “Didst thou abandon me, for thy kiss of the Red Sea?”

And the nude cherubim, who fell from the empyrean <--not whom, correct?

Alright me and my friends were bored and went out exploring an old junkyard, on the way we saw a old church that looked to have been burned up or rained on, and abandoned. We went in cause we were bored and I saw a canvas painting. It has wasp nest that I picked off and a bit of rain damage and dirt. Is there anyway to clean it and make it look slightly better. I want to donate it to church.
