Roses are red
Violets are blue
Flowers smell nice
But i bet they have nothing on you

Clouds puffy white
Shirt crimson red
Your beautiful face
Is imprinted in my head

What can I say to make you believe
How do I show you what I really mean
I blew up your picture to get a better look
And now I'm in trouble.. I think I am hooked.

I must tell you, if you ever give me a chance
I will put you on a pedestal and forget the rest
I will be your poet, your fool, and you can call me "hun"
Let's take our two broken hearts and make one good one.

when one desires, that one trains own thoughts to bring pleasure upon fulfillment of the desire or sadness upon unfulfillment.

among all the many desires, those not fulfilled are well more often than those fulfilled. why then do people doom themselves to sadness? why not the people train their thoughts happiness without option for sadness, without desire, for a happy person can do things better and help those around?

I am a 20 year old lad, and I used to be pretty good at drawing. Did it till I was about 14-15 then I stopped, and have not picked up the pencil since. People used to say I was talented- I was really good at drawing cartoons and copiying, but i didn't believe in myself since I knew people who were much better than me at art. Another reason why I stopped was because I didn't see any worth in it, didn't see how I would make any money or make a good living out of it.
Now I am doing a business course at Uni, and it isn't what I thought it would be..
Perhaps I did make a mistake, and should have explored my talent a bit further...Is there anything I can do about it? too late?
What could I get into if I do decide to do something? any advice would be welcome.
