Science is only concerned with the rational,
but a lot of life is totally irrational.
To repress this is to negate a large part of your being.

Not the science but the philosophy has changed my perception of reality. The objects of science are always. There is no doubt in it. But relations and our emotions towards the people and things are not real which we think are real. We think a friend or brother or sister can not behave in a certain way but this perception is not real and they may behave differently.

Your question is invalid. Science studies reality and therefore science adds to your knowledge of reality.

If a scientist was mistaken and said the sun revolves around the earth, and you believe him, then you are both mistaken no matter what the perception is.
