I think the bloke is smitten with you, head over heals in love, or just teasing you and building up to a real relationship slowly as to not frighten you off. Guess he has scared away other women and does not want that to happen again. Answering all those restraining orders must get tiresome.

I can no longer cope!
It was an extremely romantic poem but the voice imagery was rather sad and I was a bit disappointed it depressed me. If you don't take him he may commit suicide!
Don't make me watch the end you MUST go to him.......... (sobs!) For all our sakes.
