There isn't one. Each nation has its own military records. The ones from Austria-Hungary are probably in Austria, not Hungary.
Compiling a list of who served, who saw combat and who lived to the end, would be a monumental task.
If you didn't mention a country, we can't tell if you are in the USA, UK, Canada or Australia, EVEN if you clicked on the flag. That is the most frustrating thing YA does.

If you mean still living survivors, just go to a search page and type in "living World War I survivors." There are only a few left--according to Wikipedia, about thirty. Of course they're all over 100.

If you mean those who are still alive then, for UK, the list is;-
Henry Allingham, age 111 (last RAF survivor) - Britain's oldest man
Harry Patch, age 108 (last surviving soldier to have served on the western front)
Bill Stone, age 106 (last Royal Navy survivor)
