This is just a general question that's been on my mind for a while. Where have we as parents gone so wrong that we now have to rely on "Nanny 911" or "Super Nanny" to help raise our kids? Generations past have just gotten on with it and raised their kids without having to resort to books and tv. Never before have we had such an ill-behaved, spoiled and bratty generation growing up around us. What's changed in your opinion?
Keep in mind that I'm not criticizing anybody..I'm just looking for all thoughts and opinions.
My husband says that in years past all members of a family helped raise a child..meaning parents, grandparents, extended family, etc. Perhaps the break-down of the family unit is to blame. I think too many parents want to be their kids' friends instead of parents.

My son is currently in his second year of teaching and is preparing to pursue his degree in school administration. He has all level certification. However he has two young girls and I know assistant principals are overworked. Does anyone know if there is a notible difference the after hours spend by an elementary principal, middle school or secondary. I know there are a lot of games with secondary. Anyways any suggestions would be helpful.

I am 18 and on the pill. I done a pregnancy test and it showed possitive, i have all the symptoms of pregnancy and i done 2 extra test that also showed possitive, How do i tell my parents when they told me don't get pregnant, it was not planned but i really want this baby, i am scared of what will happen, how can i tell them? pls help

are they paid for being first ladies? and, if there is no salary for that, isn't it implying that women are supposed to be housewives and attend official ceremonies by simply 'being next to her man'?

I have started to make ceramics for use in the kitchen and need to call buyers and set it up so I can email them photos and details of my work. The trouble is I absolutely hate using the phone and need to know what to day without sounding dumb and amateurish, which I'm not - but you'd never know from the way I speak on the phone.
It has to be calls first, just emails won't do. Or will they? If you know anything about this area e.g if it's your job to receive calls like mine, then I would dearly love to hear from you. Thanks in advance.

Means according to this theology (The theology of hindu).
