here its ok i have a copy of the manual over here

Step one Grasp the Tool in hand of your choice...
Step Two insert the tip the small side with the sharp end that is eather Flat or like a Plus sign Into its Respective Screw
Turn till it is Eather Tight or Loose...

I think is because with the instructions you'll be screwed, there is always something stupid in those instructions manuals.

Make sure your end goes in a hole. You can not use it for another end, only a hole. Then screw as hard as you can.
