Friend does not know what happened to the cat....Gracie.
Gracie is now hissing at and in general acting angry towards litter mate ...Toby.
3 year old cats...one male..one female.
spayed and nuetered.
well taken care of cats.
you better believe they have had all the prescribed shots.
Friend took to Vet.....vet prescribed some antibiotics(just in case).
No obvious injuries.
Nothing.
I was over the house this afternoon and the cat is is sweet as usual.
except...still acting hostile towards other cat.
Pampered cats.

What might cause a shift in behaviour?

Toby is trying to be friendly but Gracie hisses at him.
This has been going on for a couple of days.

I will be checking in on cats while friend is out of town.
Another person is also stopping by to check food and water but she not much of a cat person.

I am the cat person and will be spending more quality time with the cat..

any dieas?

so, i feel like i'm diabetic.
the reason i say this is because
1) i'm slightly overweight. (BMI is way too high 5'4", 174lb)
2) my uncle has diabetes (the kind diagnosed when you're older)
3) i've had two yeast infections in the past month
4) i'm ridiculously slow healer. (i got cut with a pocket knife about 5 weeks ago, and granted it was a fairly deep cut, im still not healed.) (another example, i had a blister on the top of my foot from june to july, not as deep, and it still took a long time to heal. and even though it was like one layer of skin, it scarred)
5) i feel very slow. like, if i havent eaten, i feel dumb. haha like i take a long time to answer a simple question. and its been pointed out to me.
6) i never really feel hungry, just like i could drink an ocean. i will literally sit in the dining hall and just drink while all my friends are pigging out. it makes me feel anorexic, but im just so thirsty.
i dunno, maybe i'm just overreacting
but should i be concerned?

It's amazing... another one bites the dust. When are we going to get it? The media is like a drama hungry snake that only stops when it gorged itself on petty small town crises, and in the process gets all of America hyped up... for what? Jena 6, honestly I don't know when and how we came to literally wearing our integrity on our backs. It should not matter if I wore black that day or not. My support for my race goes beyond black t-shirts, and school pranks. Its crazy; I get up every morning, thank god that for one I'm alive, two I'm in school, I'm black, I'm smart, I have sense, a mind, a voice and I thank him for all the people that died for me to be here BUT I still get stares for not wearing a black t-shirt? I love my race but I'm not going to defend violence in any way whether or not they had it coming. I've learned from my fathers before me, and non-violence is what they taught. Really people spend too much time being angry for the wrong reasons. People are born, they live they die in anger, but I refuse to be angry because so many died angry before me. The best way to show respect is to live happy, so the deaths of those who were angry- fighting for what I have standard would not go in vane. It just amazes me how little things like high school fights, in a small-town town spawned by racial hoopla managed to make front page news days in a row... seriously its beyond me. I can't believe I'm even wasting my pixels on it, let alone my time. I think the whole thing got blown out of proportion... again.

The Bible says that the Devil is the father of liars.

Earlier on I asked a question about whether the gods that atheists have invented is an example of immoral and sinful human beings creating false idols. I got responses from people who claimed that they really believed in those gods and they described experiences they had had. But it turned out that these people were pathological liars who were later posting questions that showed the opposite of what they had said. Why do atheists keep proving everytime that atheism and immoral behavior go hand in hand?

I have read many times on this forum that we are no longer required to keep the law in order to have eternal life and yet here is what Jesus said when asked the same question...

Matthew 19:16-19 Now a man came up to Jesus and asked, Teacher, what good thing must I do to get eternal life? Why do you ask me about what is good? Jesus replied. There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments. Which ones? the man inquired. Jesus replied, Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, honor your father and mother, and love your neighbor as yourself.

For those who believe we are no longer under the law, can you explain Jesus response to this question?

We as humans long to have another by our side... someone to love and to be loved by... everyone wants this, yet, when you actually have it, there is A LOT of work involved and can often cause enourmous amounts of emotional stress...

What are your thoughts on this? How do you deal with your own emotional stress in relationships?

*i have been sick the past couple days and when im sick i dont like to eat because it makes me feel like im going to throw up, that why i havent had anything to eat!!!!!*

There is a guy i like in gym class. During gym we were doing sit-ups and like always we were talking to eachother. When i did my first sit-up and growls came from my stomach (i was sooooo hungry!!!). He didnt really pay attention to it but just to cover i told him how hungry i was and we both laughed. He continued he sit-ups while i sorta watched (not trying that one again!). Finally i got the guts to do another sit-up and the weird sound came back! A sharp pain came from my stomach and i lied down on my back. He just sorta watched and was confused. I closed my eyes trying to make everything go away. When i opened them my friend was hanging over me asking if i was alright. I looked over and my crush was talking to the guy next to him. Now he thinks im a freak!

So i like this guy... i think he likes me...and a bunch of u agreed
we get along well, talk a lot, tease eachother, he came to see me at my 2nd job, etc.
But I just asked on Y!answers if guys will go beyond looks and most said no. Trust me, i'm not that good looking. My face is OK, but I'm about 30-40 pounds overweight. Yet, it SEEMS so much like he likes me. I don't think he's had a gf before, and he's not the kind of guy that would want to go all the way physically. He's really sweet and nice and mature...so is he one of the few ppl that looks past looks?

There's a project at school where we're drawing up plans on manufacturing birdhouses and I don't know anything about birdhouses.

My first step is trying to figure out what kind of material to use. I have some ideas, but I'd like to know a bit more.

Particularly, what's usually the best material to make a birdhouse out of?

I mean, of course wood, but what kind of wood and why? Something not too expensive, not too cheap and something easy to work with without being too soft.
