You can't. That's the whole idea behind asking for the mother's madien name.
However, if you are an industrious soul, you should be able to dig up the madien name and a date of birth without too much trouble.

You can only get one for yourself or your child. If you were adopted, you will have to get a copy of your changed birth certificate.

If you know where you were born (Hospital, County, State) ~ you can call either the hospital or county bldg. and ask how you can acquire one with the info you have. It's much cheaper and quicker if you can just go there.
