I gave birth 8 months ago and can not fit in my jeans anymore. I'm trying to lost about 15-20 lbs. at least by August 2007. My sister and I just started going to the gym. We do cardio (walking on treadmill with a speed of 3.0 and incline of 15 highest). The way I eat is for breakfast - 1 bowl of cereal w/ 2% milk, Lunch-small snack like sushi (sometimes I don't even eat for lunch, & dinner-whatever my mom or husband cooks (no fast food). Is what I'm doing okay and will it help me lose weight? Please let me know what I should do.

I just started using Nuvaring again about 3 and a half weeks ago. I have never had a problem using the ring. Anyways Friday I took the ring out, and 3 days later, Monday my menstrual started but a day after I took the ring out I had terrible leg and pelvic pain like in the groin area all the way down to my knees. The pain only happened about 3 times on Saturday the day after I took out the ring. My menstrual came as planned but I barely have any bleeding. Very light and now I actually have stopped bleeding. That would be a menstrual of less than 2 days, I have no period symptoms either. Could I have gotten pregnant on the ring or could something else be happening with my body. How would you explain the terrible leg and groin pain?

i have just bought 20 pounds(btw i am 16 years old and 5"?"...yea lol i dunno my height but i am still short.)

anyways i can curl 7 times b4 my arm gets tired, should i continue doing this or should i go back to 10s. if i do continue will i able to pressure more curls rather than 7 times. if u suggest 15 pounds that i will buy later but for now what should i do. websites on this kind of stuff with be greatly appresiated

I have never installed xp as a clean install, only 98. Its for a friend, the one I have asked SO many questions for and I am going to attempt to help her on the phone with it. What my question is, she has 98 with a messed up config.sys file right now and it won't boot up except for safe mode. I am hoping she can install this xp anyway, without having to reformat first. Also, please don't neglect this question: I've been told if you have 98 its best to do the upgrade, but she'd like full xp so please tell me if that can be done simply by popping in the cd and following the commands to do a full install.

it shuts off automatically after 3 or 5 minutes if i sont touch it whats up with that.

and im not talking about the SCREEN SAVER comming on. It doesnt even come on anymore. It just goes into hibernation mode after a few minutes and i have to start my pc back up.

whats up with that? what can i do so my pc can just stay on.

I am a young man in the Assembly of God org. I met a girl in my new church, and I have been hurt before. I am almost 17, shes almost 16....anyway we have been dating for some time now and this doesnt feel like anything Ive so callislcly called love before, All I care about is her being happy, and what she gets out of the relationship as opposed to what I get, She is the most beautiful girl in the world inside and out. I prayed to God and I never seem to have doubt about us or feel its against Gods approval for us to be together. I havent dropped the L word yet, for some reason Im more nervous around her than any other girl before and I always pray for her soul to be uplifted, we have a similar calling on our life and we ALWAYS try to keep God first...what do you think? Am I in love?

Ok, there is this guy and we have been "dating-friends with benefits" for over a year and a half on and off. Are kids are really good friends. I keep his and he keeps mine. We have had family movie night etc. Of course I want more than what he wants everytime he even feels that we are getting to the point where we have THE TALK. I dont hear from him for a couple of weeks and then he always comes back. I need to let him go. The only thing is he will always be there we have the same friends and are kids are together all the time. I want him so bad how can I get him or let him go.
