Actually about .60 cents per gallon are taxes, and under the new democrat tax plan and as history proves if a democrat was in office in 08 you can expect to see more taxes on gas.... so complain now you will blindly vote for $4 a gallon.
But Moveon.org has simplified it for you..instead of actually understanding markets, demand, supply and taxes per gallon...you can just "Blame Bush"
Gotta love the liberals that say we will be paying the war for years.....the National healthcare for a ever enlarging nation will make those budgets seem moot... As we have to double and triple taxes to pay billions year in and year out for a over simplified Campaign promise of National Healthcare

Well, tell you what, read the business magazines and you will know why. The stock market is up and has set so many NEW RECORD highs, inflation is no higher than when President Clinton was in office, more than 7,000,000 jobs have been created, Federal Income Taxes are much lower, the economy is booming. President Bush has nothing to do with the price of gasoline.
Question: do you, family members, relatives, friends, neighbors get out and drive around just because you can? Me, I can't afford it, but then I couldn't afford to do that 20 years ago. If every one would quit driving unnecessarily, the cost of gasoline would come down.

How are those ARM mortgages going fools?
Like those doubled minimum credit card payments and higher interest rates?
Your wages are stagnant under Bush!?!
Your Bush tax cuts were all gobbled up and then some by gas prices?
TOO BAD. Your children and grandchildren can pay off the Bush War of Terror on Iraq Bill. lol

Republicans well-educated in economics do NOT think Bush's policies are good. In fact, many have been speaking out against his policies for quite some time but have not been heard by the populace because the subject matter is deemed to complex by the news media for the average American to comprehend.

A lot of your republicans are working class people , who don't make big figure dollars. I am one of them. I am a single mother living on 30,000 a year. If it was not for the tax cuts I would not have what I do now. To me its the democrats who only think of there own pockets and to hell with the working poor.

To benefit under the Bush economy you need a education and a good job...kind of like it has always been...if you made bad decisions and dropped out of school...you made your own bed and the booming economy is likely passing you by.

It's not the president's fault what gas prices are.
His tax cuts were a very intelligent move.
