I just got a motorola V325i phone, because they told me it can hook up to the computer with a usb cable. I have the cable and plugged it in and it said found new hardware, then install it, I try to then it says it was unable to find the correct software. what should I do?

What is the biggest problem for Islam today? Please explain.

I ask because its hard to read anything relating to the middleeast, polotics etc. without seeing some nasty remarks towards Islam. Ironically these remarks, which refer to terrorism, reflect an understanding of Islam that is probably not far off from those who carry out acts of terror. My question isn't in regards to terrorism but what do you beleive is the biggest problem facing Muslims today.

me and my ex husband spilt 4yrs ago and i have tried really really hard to raise my eldest daughter. she is now 10 but is a real hand. if things dont go her way she throws a tantrum that involes everyone. she has always wanted to live with dad and i finaly gave in on thursday. i have agreed only so that she is happy she will still see me and go on holiday with us. but it just hurts so much. i know my life will be so much easier but she is my child and i feel like have failed.
everyone says i will get the best bits of her now and hope this is true.

I saw the recipe on a cooking show late in 2005. I did make it with the few ingredients not common to any other crab dip recipes like curry, coconut milk and cream cheese, and it was a great hit. But I really want to know the exact recipe. After it's all mixed you bake for a while. It's by far the best crab dip I've ever had, and I've given to recipe to many who ask what's in it. I also check food network web site but had no luck.

The fore man asks what experience they all have in the construction industry,

Englishmnan says that he has done a bit of hod carrying so the fore man sends him off doing that.

The Irishman says he has done a bit of ground works, so the foreman gets him laying pipes.

Th Chinese man says that he has no experience whatsoever but is willing to learn anything so the foreman tells him to work on supplies,

A few weeks go by and the Englishman and the Irishman bump into each other occasionally but never see the chinese man.

One day the Englishman says to the Irishman " Hey, what happened to that Chink that started with us?"

The Irishman replies "I don't know, He got put on supplies but I haven't seen him for weeks"

Just then Th e chinese man jumps out behind a stack of bricks and shouts.........."SUPPLIES!"

I once read only 5% of the available jobs are advertised in either newspapers, on the internet, or free weekly shopping guides. How does one find out what jobs are out there in education, publishing, etc? It seems as if many of the jobs posted on the internet are from employment agencies and are low paying. Considering I live next door to one of the biggest cities in world, there must be a lot of job openings.
