I'll start first, I love my boyfriends personality most and how he talks about history to me and that I learn something new from him each day. I love how he's a metalhead and so handsome.
Well that's some reasons why I love my boyfriend, but what about you?

I am doing a mock debate on Monday and our topic is: Resolved: Exams should be abolished. I need some views from both sides. If you leave a comment, it would be helpful if I had your name (just first name is fine) and state where you live (ex. VA, NY etc.).

Thanks!

You get sick of everything, everyone, what do you do then? I would opt to stay in my house and never leave, unplug my phone and just try to sleep or read one of my many unread books. OR go to a tattoo palor and get a full body tattoo.

Lately, I have been making myself purge my dinner, since its the only meal I eat. I don't know how to talk to somebody to get help. I already know that I will put into an institution, I was already threatened with it when my parents found out I was cuttin myself. But I don't know who to talk to or how to get help. If I talk to a school councelor, they'll tell my parents. If I talk to my therapist, she'll tell my mom. And if I tell a friend, they'll tell their parents or the school councelor. I can't do this by myself. I'm very stressed, right now. Thanks for reading. Thanks in advance for your answers.

A young indian boy asks the Shaman: How does babies get their names?
Shaman answers: When a new indian boy or girl is born, the father steps out of the tepee and names the baby after the first thing he sees. When your brother was born, your father stepped out of the teepee and say a hawk flying in the sky so he named your brother, "Soaring Hawk".
Young Indian boy asks: How did my sister get her name?
Shaman answers: When your sister was born, your father stepped out of the tepee and the first thing he saw was a deer running across the meadow, so he named her "Running Deer".
Young Indian boy then asks: Then how did I get my name?!
Shaman answers: Why do you ask so many questions, "Bear-taking-a-dump-in-the woods!!!!

Do they have a responsibility to elevate and educate other blacks in America? Or would you say no; we should not expect anything. Are they not the model by which all other black potential is judged by whites? White People seem to embrace Sen. OBAMA, can't the argument be made that all educated blacks have the same potential.

I have a very old signed original painting of some sort. It almost looks like tiny pencil marks. It is a muted colored scene of a canal and some buildings. It is 8x10 and the artist has written "The Canal" on the lower left side and signed the lower right side. What I am trying to find out is the artist name as I cannot read all of it but it looks like it starts with Zudi..and then mabe an m. I would love to know the artist name and any other information anyone might have.
Thanks!

The telephone was actually invented by Antonio Meucci, not Alexander Graham Bell.
It's said that Henry VIII had just two wives, not six.
Some neurologists say that human beings have at least nine senses, not just five.
Water is actually blue, not "transparent".
The universe is beige, not black with silvery bits.
Jesus wasn't born in a stable.
The largest living thing is a mushroom.
Reindeers wre the first animals to be domesticated, and Rudolph the red nose reindeer must have actually been a girl, despite the song saying "his nose so bright".
Columbus thought the Earth was pear-shaped and about a quarter of its actual size.

Interesting? I think so. There are loads of strange facts in The Book of General Ignorance, by John Lloyd and John Mitchinson.
