I just don't know what to do because my friends make fun of me sometimes and it is such a pain to shave, and it is hard for me to try to sneak any creams or anything without my license yet... any tips?

Sneak creams without a licence?? You need to be a certain age to buy Nair?? That's ridiculous.

why do you need a license for creams?
try shaving it to see if you like it. of so buy a hair removal from walmart. or sally beauty supply. alot of girls think men w/ hair on their chest is sexy. just shave off were you don't like it to be.

Ask your mom to buy you some nair if it really bothers you. Don't worry about how much hair is too much. Concentrate on your studies. These people will not be part of your life in a few years. Don't worry so much about what they think.

My girl says her and all her friends LOVE hair on a man,because she thinks its sexy,they are probabley just jealous because they dont have any yet lol...I have alot of hair and I wouldnt shave it off for anyone dude...My girl loves the LOVE TRAIL...if you know what I mean!!

No offense but as a chick, i think chest/stomach hair is gross. Some girls might like it but all the girls I know hate it too. It's up to you, you shouldnt let other people tell you what to do, if you like it awesome but if youu want a girls opinoin you should deff. lose it.
