If you want the cheapest You might want to look at importing one via Ebay

If you don't mind a second-hand bicycle, you may want to pop down to one of the Cash Converter stores and see if you can chance upon a cheap, decent used bike. If you must have a brand new one, visit Carrefour. They should offer good prices for bikes.
