This can mean that you do not have enough RAM so your computer then tries to write the memory on its HD but if your HD is almost full then it has nowhere to go. If your HD is not full and you are still getting this messege then it just means you need to install more RAM

could be because the size of our page file is too low. In case your computer doesn't have enough RAM the CPU designates some portion of page files as RAM. This is called virtual memory .
To increase it , go to control Panel>>System>Advanced tab>>Click on settings on performance>>advanced >>virtual memory 'change' button and then change your virtual memory. Hope that helps

You are running to many application at any one time...

Press alt + control + delete and check to see what your CPU % usage is.

If is is above 60 - 80 % you really are looking to upgrade your Memory (RAM) by buying a new RAM card.

You may want to close some processes as well - try to keep them below 40.

Recomendation: Buy some more RAM
